Warranty Terms
LatenTech AV products are manufactured to meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage provided for LatenTech AV products purchased from LatenTech AV or its authorized distributors/resellers.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
LatenTech AV warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, LatenTech AV may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part, or replace the product with an equivalent model.
2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated in writing, LatenTech AV products are covered under a limited warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase mentioned on the invoice or purchase document.
3. Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty service, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, bill, or purchase receipt.
Warranty claims may not be accepted if the purchase proof is missing, incomplete, altered, or not issued by an authorized seller.
4. What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

Internal electronic components

Product hardware failure under normal use

Defects in materials or workmanship

Functional failure caused by manufacturing issues
Warranty service applies only to the original product purchased and does not extend the warranty period after repair or replacement.
5. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly

Physical damage, breakage, scratches, dents, or liquid damage

Power surge, incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, or use of improper power adapters

Lightning, fire, flood, natural disasters, accidents, or external causes

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage during transportation, installation, or relocation
-
Software, firmware, configuration, compatibility, or network-related issues not caused by product hardware failure
-
Loss, theft, or missing accessories
-
Consumable parts, cables, connectors, batteries, packaging, or accessories unless specifically covered in writing
6. Accessories and External Parts
Accessories such as cables, adapters, remotes, power adapters, brackets, connectors, and packaging materials may have limited or no warranty coverage unless specifically mentioned on the invoice or warranty document.
Damage to accessories due to misuse, wear and tear, incorrect usage, or external factors is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
7. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, the customer must contact LatenTech AV or the authorized seller from whom the product was purchased.
The customer may be required to provide:

Purchase invoice or proof of purchase

Description of the issue

Photos, videos, or diagnostic details, if requested
LatenTech AV may inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
8. Shipping and Service Responsibility
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to LatenTech AV, the manufacturer, or an authorized repair center.
Any shipping charges, customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, or transportation costs related to warranty service shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LatenTech AV is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. Customers are advised to use proper packaging and a reliable shipping service.
9. Repair or Replacement
If the product is covered under warranty, LatenTech AV may repair the product, replace defective parts, or provide an equivalent replacement product.
Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent, depending on availability.
Any product or part replaced under warranty shall become the property of LatenTech AV.
10. Out-of-Warranty Service
If the product is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered under this Limited Warranty, repair or replacement may be offered on a chargeable basis.
In such cases, the customer will be informed about applicable service charges, replacement costs, shipping charges, and other related expenses before service is carried out.
11. Limitation of Liability
LatenTech AV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, loss of revenue, installation costs, downtime, or any other commercial loss arising from the use or inability to use the product.
The maximum liability of LatenTech AV under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
12. No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, LatenTech AV makes no other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No distributor, reseller, dealer, installer, employee, or third party is authorized to modify or extend this Limited Warranty unless confirmed in writing by LatenTech AV.
13. Warranty Validity
This Limited Warranty is valid only for products purchased through LatenTech AV or its authorized distributors/resellers.
The warranty may become void if the product serial number, warranty label, or identification mark has been removed, altered, damaged, or tampered with.
14. Governing Terms
This Limited Warranty shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws and commercial practices of the region where the product is sold, unless otherwise specified in writing.
